Interested in using a community asset?

The Isle of Ulva is managed by a charity run by the local community. With its land, buildings, spaces and community-owned assets, the island offers many opportunities for people who want to contribute to its regeneration and help build a thriving, living island.

The charity welcomes proposals from individuals, groups, organisations or businesses who may be interested in using, leasing, operating or purchasing one of its assets.

To make sure these proposals are considered fairly, transparently and with appropriate community involvement, the charity follows an Expression of Interest process.

If you have a developed proposal that could benefit Ulva and the local community, please complete the online Expression of Interest form:

[Complete the EOI form]

The form asks a range of questions about your proposal, including the asset you are interested in, your plans, community benefit, environmental and sustainability considerations, practical arrangements, experience and any added value your proposal could bring.

You can preview the questions in the Word version of the form before completing the online form.

Before submitting an EOI, please read the Expression of Interest procedure and Asset Use Principles, as these explain how proposals are considered.

If you are not sure whether you should follow the EOI process, or if you have an early-stage idea that is not ready for a formal EOI, please feel free to contact us at admin@nwmullwoodland.co.uk.
